Mourns the death of William Benny White of Birmingham, Alabama, who died on January 6, 2018, at age 77.

Notes that White was born June 23, 1940, in Cullman, Alabama, and earned a double major in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Alabama plus an MBA from the same institution.

Recognizes White's 30-year career at IBM in sales and management, followed by a second career in consulting with assignments in London and Paris.

Survived by his wife of 55 years Janice Thrower White, two children (Stephen White and Meredith Landers), three grandchildren (Sydney, Reagan, and Haven), and three sisters (Sue Snyder, Martha Lemley, and Mary Blasi).

House adopted the resolution on February 1, 2018, and the Senate adopted it on February 6, 2018.
