Mourns the death of Gordon Wayne Miller, Jr., of Mountain Brook, Alabama, who died on January 12, 2018, at age 50.

Recognizes Miller's business accomplishments, including co-founding Miller Valve and Controls, Inc., a valve distributorship in Homewood, Alabama in 1997.

Acknowledges Miller's involvement with the Bell Center for Early Intervention, serving as a board member and president after his daughter was born with Down Syndrome in 2007.

Survived by his wife Molly, children Lawton and Sally, mother Marcia, and brothers Lawton Price Miller and Stuart Beauregard Miller.

Adopted by the House on February 1, 2018, and by the Senate on February 6, 2018.
