Recognizes the contributions of pregnancy care centers in Alabama and across the United States that serve women facing unplanned pregnancies with comprehensive care including counseling, childbirth classes, and referrals to support services

Notes that 37 of over 50 pregnancy care centers in Alabama provided estimated cost-saving benefits of over $3,550,000 to local and state governments in 2016

Commends the work of tens of thousands of volunteers and paid staff at pregnancy care centers in Alabama and nationwide

Strongly encourages Congress and federal and state governmental agencies to grant pregnancy care center assistance for medical equipment and sexual risk avoidance/abstinence education without compromising the mission or religious integrity of these organizations

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to the Governor, President of the United States, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and each member of the Alabama Congressional Delegation
