Commends Chris Heaps of Russellville High School for being named the 2016-2017 Baseball Coach of the Year by the National Federation of State High School Coaches Association.

Recognizes Coach Heaps as head coach of the defending three-time state high school champions, the Golden Tigers of Russellville High School.

Acknowledges Coach Heaps' contributions in instilling teamwork, character, sportsmanship, and resolve in countless student athletes while setting high standards of excellence.
