Amends Act 2014-199 (HJR270) to expand the Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force from the original membership by adding 9 new member positions.

New members include: one Juvenile Probation Officer, one medical community representative, one human trafficking survivor, the Executive Director of VOICES for Alabama Children, one House Minority Caucus member, one Senate Minority Caucus member, one League of Municipalities representative, and one Association of County Commissioners of Alabama representative.

Task Force continues to focus on combating sex and labor trafficking, coordinating victim services, preventing human trafficking through education, and developing legislation to address trafficking.

Task Force members serve without compensation and must meet at least four times per calendar year, with majority of members constituting a quorum for business transactions.

Annual reports detailing findings and recommendations must be submitted to the Governor, Attorney General, Senate President Pro Tempore, and Speaker of the House by January 1 each year.
