Commends Representative Mike Millican for distinguished legislative service to House District 17 (Lamar, Marion, and Winston Counties) since his election in 1990.

Recognizes Millican's 28 years of service in the Alabama House of Representatives and his leadership on committees including Health and Ways and Means General Fund.

Acknowledges Millican's active involvement in community organizations including the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Hamilton Kiwanis Club, Marion County Cattlemen's Association, Marion County Red Cross, and Marion County Extension Service Advisory Board.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Representative Millican with appreciation and best wishes for continued success.
