Recognizes Fletcher's service as a Licensed Funeral Director and Practical Embalmer, currently serving as Executive Director of Royal Funeral Home of Huntsville, Alabama alongside his twin brother Ronald.

Honors his military service in the United States Army with honorable discharge in 1956 and his 46 years of professional work at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) from 1963-2009 as a Support Contractor, winning Employee of the Month Award.

Acknowledges his over 67 years of experience in the funeral home business demonstrating strong work ethic, loyalty, commitment, and dedication.
