Commends The Children's Place in Pell City, Alabama for 25 years of service to children and families in St. Clair County.

Recognizes April 2018 as Child Abuse Prevention Month in the State of Alabama.

Calls upon citizens, community agencies, faith groups, elected leaders, and businesses to continue supporting The Children's Place and its child abuse prevention efforts.

Acknowledges that effective child abuse prevention requires partnerships among citizens, human service agencies, schools, faith communities, health care providers, civic organizations, law enforcement, and businesses.
