Recognizes and honors Aidan Olivia Mills, a student at Hazel Green High School, as a 2018 Young Hero of Alabama selected by Alabama Public Television.

Acknowledges Mills' demonstration of courage and character, including overcoming a major seizure at age three and the tragedy of losing a close friend in a bus accident.

Commends Mills for founding the 13:13 Project at age 12 to help hospital parents in emergency situations by collecting toiletries in "anchor bags" and raising funds for meal vouchers.

Notes the 13:13 Project has donated more than $3,000 to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation and received support from local businesses and Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Passed by the Alabama Legislature on March 20-21, 2018, expressing highest tribute and congratulations to Mills as a role model for young Alabamians.
