Notes that approximately 8,000 youths receive services annually free of charge, including bullying prevention training, healthy relationship education, abstinence education, STD prevention education, and social-emotional competence instruction.

Commends the organization's unwavering commitment to excellence in serving young people and families throughout Mobile County, reflecting credit upon the county and state.
