Posthumously honors Dr. William Jefferson Terry of Mobile, Alabama, on the anniversary of his death on August 7, 2015.

Recognizes Dr. Terry as the first pediatric urologist in the State of Alabama and a nationally known physician.

Notes his educational credentials including cum laude graduation from University of Alabama, M.D. from University of Alabama School of Medicine, and pediatric urology fellowship at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston.

Acknowledges his professional achievements including serving as American Medical Association delegate for 20 years, member of AMA Council on Medical Service, and chair of Alabama AMA delegation for seven years; also received multiple awards including 2007 Garber Galbraith Medical Political Service Award and 2010 Distinguished Service Award from University of Alabama Medical Alumni Association.

Directs that Dr. Terry's family receive a copy of this resolution in tribute to his legacy and his roles as loving husband, father, grandfather, and devoted member of Dauphin Way United Methodist Church.
