Establishes a Consent Calendar to be considered on the 13th legislative day, with bills listed able to be considered on a subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Members have until adjournment on the 12th legislative day to file objections to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar.

Bills considered on Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes HB100 (Representative Ainsworth): Deletes requirement for county commissions to select bank depository in December of each year, amends Section 11-4-41.

Includes SB136 (Senator Stutts): Revises University of North Alabama Board of Trustees to replace State Superintendent of Education with an at-large member and amends congressional districts to reflect current districts.
