Honors Karen Anita Ross Fletcher of Columbus, Ohio, who died on January 20, 2018, at age 68.

Recognizes her service as Executive Director of the Dayton Boys and Girls Club and work with the Partners in Success program at Wesley Community Center.

Acknowledges her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Miami University and her pioneering efforts in social justice and education accessibility for youth in the Dayton community.

Notes her work led to creation of the Karen Fletcher Leadership Award by the local chapter of the National Southern Christian Leadership Conference.

Survived by her husband William "Gene" Fletcher, three children, and five grandchildren; she battled Lupus and other medical complications.
