House of Representatives mourns the death of Dr. Timothy Peter Ahmadi of Mobile, Alabama, who died on January 24, 2018, at 90 years of age.

Dr. Ahmadi served as a physician during the Persian War and operated a private practice in Mobile for over 55 years, with board certification in Internal Medicine in Alabama and Mississippi and special training in Pulmonary Medicine.

Dr. Ahmadi was a member of the Mobile Medical Association and a faithful member of St. Pius Catholic Church, and was a light weight champion boxer as a young man.

Survivors include his wife Elaine Novak Ahmadi; three children (Alicia Grace, Mark Patrick, and Thomas Andrew); three grandchildren; and extended family members.

The resolution expresses gratitude for Dr. Ahmadi's abundant life and legacy while offering heartfelt sympathy to his family and friends.
