Establishes a Consent Calendar for consideration on the 18th legislative day of the legislative session, or a subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Members have until adjournment on the 17th legislative day to file an objection to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar.

Bills considered on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over to another day.

Includes SB6 (Senator Allen), which authorizes the Alabama Fire College to enter into a joint purchasing agreement and exempts it from competitive bid requirements under Section 41-16-50.
