Honors Reverend Limuer Myers for his distinguished professional achievement and dedicated service to residents of South Carolina and Georgia.

Recognizes Reverend Myers' acceptance of his call to gospel ministry in 1980 and his service as pastor of Old Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

Acknowledges his numerous awards and recognitions including Moderator of three Baptist Associations, President of the Aiken County Ministerial Alliance, Man of Valor Award, Pastor of the Year Award, and the Order of the Palmetto.

Commends his advocacy for civil and human rights, including participation in marches supporting voter registration, removal of the confederate flag from the state house, and support of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
