Recognizes Nathaniel W. Martin (Waller) as the 2018 Alabama National Distinguished Principal of the Year, awarded by the Alabama Association of Elementary School Administrators (AAESA).

Martin has served as principal of the Enterprise Early Education Center (EEEC) in the Enterprise City School System since 2009.

His accomplishments include developing learning walks for teachers, implementing standards-based report cards, establishing the "Bucket Fillers" character education program, and fostering collaboration among staff, parents, and community stakeholders.

The House of Representatives honors and commends Martin for his significant contributions to education and his commitment to academic and social success for students.
