Mourns the death of Mr. Philip Boss, III, of Huntsville, Alabama, who died on February 27, 2018, at age 91.

Recognizes his military service in the United States Army during World War II and his career in commercial construction beginning in 1954.

Honors his role as the first Executive Director of the North Alabama Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) from 1992 to 1999, and his receipt of the first ABC Eagle Award in 2004.

Acknowledges his service as a charter member of Covenant Presbyterian Church where he served as Elder, Trustee, and on building committees.

Expresses the Alabama House of Representatives' sympathy to his surviving family, including his wife of 58 years, three children, seven grandchildren, and a great-grandson.
