Charles E. Copeland of Attalla, Alabama, died on February 21, 2018, at age 67.

Mr. Copeland was born July 13, 1950, and was an active member of Samuels Chapel United Methodist Church and the Local Sheet Metal Worker Union.

Survivors include his wife Kendall T. Copeland; one son and three daughters; three sisters; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The House of Representatives records his death with deep sadness and offers this resolution as tribute to his life and sympathy to his family.
