Mourns the death of Mrs. Martha Belvin Dixon of Andalusia, Alabama, who died on December 16, 2017, at age 102.

Recognizes Mrs. Dixon's service as a United States Army veteran during World War II in the Meteorological Service at the Pentagon.

Honors her 32-year career at Alatex Manufacturing Company and philanthropic contributions through the Solon and Martha Dixon Foundation, supporting education, natural resources conservation, the arts, and health and welfare.

Acknowledges her and her husband's support for Auburn University, Lurleen B. Wallace Community College, Lyman Ward Academy, and Camp ASCA, and their role in establishing the Solon Dixon Forestry Education Center.

Expresses sympathy to her family and ensures her memory and legacy are recorded by the Alabama House of Representatives.
