House Resolution mourning the death of Mr. James Malcolm Hill of Glencoe, Alabama, who died on January 16, 2018, at age 83.

Mr. Hill graduated from Delta High School, served in the United States Army, and retired from the Alabama State Highway Department.

Survivors include his wife Patricia M. Hill; four children (Vickie, Barry, Phylis, and Roderick); eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Hill was a member of Glencoe Veterans of Foreign Wars, Glencoe Masonic Lodge, and Glencoe First United Methodist Church.

The House of Representatives offers this resolution in tribute to Mr. Hill's legacy and extends heartfelt sympathy to his family and friends.
