Increases the Lowndes County coroner's expense allowance from $300 to $400 per month by amending Act 91-327 of the 1991 Regular Session.

Coroner continues to receive $15 remuneration per case for holding inquests or investigating cause of death when no jury is summoned or postmortem examination is performed.

The $400 monthly expense allowance is in addition to any other compensation or expense allowance provided by law.

All compensation and expense allowances are paid from the county general fund.

Repeals Act 91-273 of the 1991 Regular Session, which was a duplicate act to Act 91-327, and becomes effective the first day of the third month following passage and approval.
