Proposes a constitutional amendment limiting Alabama state senators to a maximum of three full consecutive terms and state representatives to a maximum of three full consecutive terms.

Defines an election to either chamber for at least two years as equivalent to a full term for purposes of calculating term limits.

Exempts all service in the Senate and House of Representatives prior to November 2018 from counting toward the three-term limit, allowing incumbents to continue serving after that date.

Requires the amendment to be approved by a majority of qualified electors voting in a statewide election conducted under constitutional procedures.

Specifies the ballot description and "Yes/No" voting format for the proposed amendment.
