Amends Sections 36-21-120 to 36-21-124 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to extend police officer employment authority to the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, matching existing authority previously granted to the Mowa Band of Choctaw Indians.

Tribal police officers must be certified by the Alabama Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission and appointed by the tribal council to protect reservation boundaries, prevent property damage, and ensure safety of residents and employees.

Police officers may arrest persons without warrant for disorderly conduct, trespassing, or public offenses occurring on reservation property, and may eject trespassers from reservation buildings and grounds.

Police authority is limited to reservation premises except when pursuing offenders charged with crimes committed on the reservation or making lawful arrests for felonies committed in the officer's presence or within tribal property boundaries.

The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
