Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Grove Hill in Clarke County by annexing eleven tracts of land.

The annexed territory includes lands in Townships 8 and 9 North, Range 3 East, Clarke County, and incorporates areas adjacent to U.S. Highway 84 and Alabama Highway No. 5.

A map showing the proposed annexed territory is filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Clarke County and is open to public inspection in accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
