• Parcels 1-17 consist of residential lots in the Glennbrooke and Hollybrooke subdivisions in Autauga County.

• Parcels 18-32 include larger tracts of land spanning both Autauga and Elmore counties, including sections near Interstate 65, various county roads, and properties along the Alabama River.

• A map showing the proposed territory to be annexed is filed in the offices of the Judges of Probate in both Autauga County and Elmore County and is available for public inspection.

• The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
