Amends Section 32-5A-304 of the Alabama Code to extend suspension credit benefits to all drivers whose licenses are suspended for alcohol or drug-related violations, not just those with .08 or more blood alcohol content.

Requires that any time served under administrative license suspension be credited toward the suspension period imposed upon DUI conviction under Section 32-5A-191.

Mandates the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency rescind the administrative suspension order and remove it from a driver's record when a DUI charge is dismissed, nolle prossed, or results in acquittal.

Exempts commercial driver license holders, commercial learner license holders, and persons operating commercial motor vehicles from the record removal benefit.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
