Calhoun County license commissioner shall establish a branch office in Alexandria with all county license commission functions available there, funded from the county general fund.

Calhoun County Revenue Commissioner shall establish a branch office in Alexandria at the same location as the license commissioner, staffed for property tax collection during October, November, and December of each year.

Any other county officer may establish a branch office at the same Alexandria location with approval of the county license commissioner.

The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
