Applies only to Coosa County and authorizes the judge of probate to charge fees for scanning, faxing, and electronic transmittal of documents at up to $3 for the first page and $2 for each additional page.

Requires a listing of fees to be posted and readily available to all customers requesting these services.

Collected fees shall be deposited into a special fund called the Probate Recording Fund, established within the judge of probate's office.

Allows the judge of probate to disburse funds at their discretion for records retention, archiving, reconstruction, preservation, maintenance, equipment operation, and protection from environmental decay and damage.

Subjects all fees in the fund to audit by the Department of Examiners of Public Accounts; becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
