Establishes the crime of voyeurism in the first degree as a Class C felony for photographing or filming intimate areas of another person without consent for sexual arousal purposes, whether in public or private places.

Establishes the crime of voyeurism in the second degree as a Class A misdemeanor for intentionally photographing or filming intimate areas with intent to distribute or disseminate without consent.

Defines "intimate areas" as body portions traditionally covered by undergarments including genitals, pubic areas, buttocks, and female breasts, whether or not covered by clothing.

Exempts Department of Corrections and local jail personnel from the law when viewing, photographing, or filming for security purposes or misconduct investigations.

Authorizes courts to order destruction of any photographs, films, digital images, videotapes, or recordings made in violation of the act; becomes effective the first day of the third month following passage.
