• Continues the existence and functioning of the Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute until October 1, 2022, pursuant to Alabama Sunset Law review procedures.

• Preserves Code of Alabama 1975 Sections 41-10-720 to 41-10-732, which establish and govern the Construction Recruitment Institute.

• Implements the Alabama Sunset Committee's recommendation to continue the agency rather than terminate or substantially modify it.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
