• Commends Senator Phillip W. Williams for his distinguished legislative service to Senate District 10 (Cherokee, DeKalb, Etowah, and St. Clair Counties) since being elected in 2010.

• Senator Williams served on committees including Constitution, Ethics and Elections; Fiscal Responsibility and Economic Development; Governmental Affairs; Judiciary; Veterans and Military Affairs; and Rules.
