Recognizes Borg as the first administrator elected to three terms as chief of NASAA, having previously served as NASAA President in 2001 and 2006

Acknowledges his extensive service including membership on NASAA's Board of Directors, Chair of the Enforcement Section, Cybersecurity and International Committees, and roles with the National White Collar Crime Center and Investor Protection Trust

Expresses the Alabama Legislature's highest honors and appreciation for Borg's tireless dedication and exceptional abilities in service to investor protection
