Recognizes Head Coach Nick Saban for leading the team to victory and notes he is now tied with legendary Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant with six national college football championships.

Acknowledges that Saban is the only football coach in the modern era to win a national title at two different universities: Louisiana State University and the University of Alabama.

Credits former Athletic Director Mal Moore and former University of Alabama President Dr. Robert Witt for bringing Coach Saban to the university.
