Commends Coleman Linn Braddock of Troop 74 for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes his Eagle Scout Project involving the cleanup and repair of Cluster Springs Cemetery in Gardendale, Alabama, where he coordinated over 15 individuals and completed tasks including removing dead trees, clearing hillsides, installing drainage infrastructure, and preparing graves for Decoration Day.

Notes that his church family and friends donated materials for over 600 floral arrangements to place on every grave in the cemetery.

Acknowledges Braddock's demonstration of trustworthiness, self-discipline, and good citizenship through his participation in the Boy Scout program.

Directs the Alabama Legislature to highly commend Coleman Linn Braddock on his outstanding achievement and extend best wishes for his future endeavors.
