Commends the Alabama Trails Commission and Pinhoti Trail Partners for developing and promoting the Pinhoti Trail as part of the Appalachian Trail system.

Recognizes that the Pinhoti Trail consists of 325 miles total, with 171 miles in Alabama and 154 miles in Georgia, linking to the Appalachian Trail in north Georgia and Alabama since 1985.

Identifies Pinhoti Trail Partners as including the Alabama Forestry Commission, Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, U.S. Forest Service, University of Alabama Center for Economic Development, The Conservation Fund, and the Alabama Hiking Trail Society.

Encourages the Alabama Trails Commission and Pinhoti Trail Partners to study the entire Pinhoti Trail length for infrastructure needs and develop designs for improvements.

Directs coordination of implementation efforts with the goal of incorporating the Alabama Pinhoti Trail as part of the internationally renowned Appalachian Trail.
