Names a portion of U.S. Highway 31 North in Autauga County the Sergeant William "Troy" Seamon Memorial Highway, extending from 2251 Highway 31 North to Liberty Baptist Church.

Honors Sergeant Seamon's service with the Autauga County Sheriff's Office beginning in November 1995, where he was promoted to sergeant on April 19, 2011.

Recognizes Seamon's contributions including facilitating installation of telephone and computer systems, maintaining radio communications systems, and designing the Sheriff's Office Patch.

Seamon's service also included ten years with the Pine Level Volunteer Fire Department (1990-2000), membership in the Prattville Masonic Lodge, and amateur radio operations.

Requests appropriate officials to place and maintain signs or markers designating the memorial highway in memory of Seamon, who died on April 4, 2016.
