Establishes a special order calendar for the Sixth Legislative day only, giving 16 bills paramount precedence over all other matters.

Bills included address unemployment benefits, transportation network companies, tax deductions, firearm regulations, municipal courts, terrorist threats, Medicaid liens, school employee discipline, and various other state policy matters.

Bills are assigned specific page numbers in the calendar, ranging from page 1 to page 17, for sequential consideration during the designated legislative day.
