Adopts a comprehensive sexual harassment policy for the Alabama Legislature based on a March 12, 2015 Legislative Council resolution, applying to members, officers, employees, and lobbyists.

Defines sexual harassment as violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, including unwelcome sexual advances, conditioning employment on sexual favors, and creating hostile work environments through verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct.

Requires immediate reporting of harassment allegations to supervisors or the Secretary of the Senate, with all complaints handled confidentially and investigated fairly with protection against retaliation.

Establishes disciplinary procedures ranging from verbal/written reprimand to suspension, demotion, or termination for officers and employees; complaints against legislators referred to the Senate members of the Legislative Council.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to adopt implementing procedures and publicize the policy, while recognizing that false accusations can harm innocent individuals and distinguishing between social conduct and workplace harassment.
