Recognizes the contributions of pregnancy care centers that serve women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancies with services including pregnancy tests, counseling, childbirth classes, and adoption information.

Notes that 37 of over 50 pregnancy care centers in Alabama provided estimated cost-saving benefits of over $3,550,000 to local and state governments in 2016.

Commends the compassionate work of tens of thousands of volunteers and paid staff at pregnancy care centers in Alabama and across the United States.

Strongly encourages Congress and federal and state governmental agencies to provide pregnancy care centers with assistance for medical equipment and sexual risk avoidance/abstinence education without compromising their mission or religious integrity.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to the Governor, President of the United States, President of the United States Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and each member of the Alabama Congressional Delegation.
