• Establishes a special order calendar for the Twelfth Legislative day that gives priority to uncontested local bills over all other matters.

• Includes six bills related to veterans benefits: free state park admission for active/retired military (HB58), tax credits for hiring unemployed veterans (HB83), procurement preferences for Iraq/Afghanistan veteran-owned vendors (HB88), military honor license plates (HB92), and tax-deductible contributions to Alabama State Veterans Cemetery (SB150).

• Authorizes joint purchasing agreements for the Alabama Fire College and permits cities and counties to use fleet fuel cards (HB28).
