Each county must designate and provide at least one early voting center where registered voters may vote during the 14 days immediately preceding election day.

Early voting centers must be open 4 to 6 days during the one-week period immediately preceding election day, with hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays.

Counties with multiple early voting centers have sole authority to configure boundaries for each center and determine which days each center will be open.

Any registered voter may vote at the appropriate early voting center located in their county.

The act does not impair or affect the powers and duties of boards of registrars, judges of probate, and other election officials, nor does it affect election day voting procedures, and the Secretary of State shall adopt rules for implementation.
