Amends Section 13A-6-183 of the Code of Alabama 1975 regarding prostitution arrests and related photography disclosure.

Requires persons arrested for prostitution to be held in custody for up to 72 hours and brought before a court within 48 hours for inquiry into access to resources including health care, shelter, mental health counseling, and financial aid.

Photographs taken by law enforcement upon conviction for prostitution are not public records and cannot be published or disclosed without a district court judge's order.

Photographs of persons who procure or solicit prostitutes or provide persons or premises for prostitution in violation of Section 13A-12-121 are public records and may be published or disclosed without court order.

Effective date is the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
