Amends Section 13A-6-170 of Alabama Code to expand requirements for posting human trafficking awareness posters at specific business types including alcohol-licensed establishments, hotels cited as nuisances, massage parlors, airports, train stations, rest areas, bus stations, gas stations, and adult entertainment venues.

Requires all covered businesses to post a minimum 8.5 by 11 inch poster containing the National Human Trafficking Resource Center Hotline (1-888-373-7888) and information about victim protections, with posters available in English, Spanish, and other languages as determined by the Commissioner of Labor.

Increases penalties for non-compliance from a $250 first violation warning fine to $250 first violation and $2,500 for each subsequent violation, with each day of non-compliance counting as a separate violation.

Designates the Alabama Department of Labor, in consultation with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and Public Service Commission, to adopt rules ensuring compliance and enforcement across all covered business types.

Makes the act effective January 1, 2020, and directs funds collected from violations to the Attorney General's Special Revenue Account for education and human trafficking prevention programs.
