Amends Section 32-5A-58.2 of the Alabama Code to increase penalties for violations of the Alabama Move Over Act, which requires drivers to move over or slow down when approaching law enforcement vehicles, emergency vehicles, wreckers, utility service vehicles, or garbage collection vehicles displaying warning lights.

Increases first violation fine from $25 to $100, second violation fine from $50 to $150, and third or subsequent violation fine from $100 to $200.

Applies to multi-lane highways where drivers must vacate the lane closest to the parked or working vehicle, and to two-lane roads where drivers must move as far away as safely possible and reduce speed by 15 mph or travel at 10 mph depending on posted speed limits.

Requires the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency to conduct an educational awareness campaign and include information about the Move Over Act in all newly printed driver's license materials.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor; House passed May 23, 2019; Senate passed May 30, 2019.
