Proposes a constitutional amendment authorizing the Alabama Legislature to recompile the Alabama Constitution of 1901 during the 2022 Regular Session.

Legislature may arrange the constitution in proper articles, parts, and sections while removing all racist language, deleting duplicative and repealed provisions, and consolidating economic development provisions.

Requires a three-fifths vote of each house of the Legislature through joint resolution to approve the draft, which must then be submitted to voters per Amendment 714.

Proposed constitution text must be published on the Secretary of State's website and made available at no cost to state agencies, municipalities, and counties with public access websites.

Amendment requires voter approval by majority of qualified electors voting thereon and becomes the supreme law of the state upon passage.
