Applies exclusively to the City of Enterprise in Coffee County and Dale County, Alabama.

Authorizes the city council to permit sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages on Sundays within city limits, contingent on voter approval through referendum.

City council may regulate which licensed retailers can sell on Sundays, whether sales are for on-premises or off-premises consumption, and the times allowed for sales.

Referendum may ask one combined question or separate questions regarding on-premises and off-premises Sunday alcohol sales, with passage requiring majority voter approval.

A second referendum cannot be held within 12 months of a failed referendum; referendum costs are paid by the city.
