Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Bay Minette in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Adds specified territory to the city's corporate limits, with boundaries described by surveyed coordinates and distances beginning at the Southeast Corner of Section 22, Township 2 South, Range 3 East.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and open to public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
