Alters and extends the corporate boundary limits of the City of Trussville to include a parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 16, Range 1 East, located in St. Clair County, Alabama.

Specifies the annexed territory using detailed legal description with surveyed distances and directional bearings, encompassing approximately 664 feet east-west and 550 feet north-south.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in both Jefferson County and St. Clair County, available for public inspection.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon becoming law through other means.
