Proposes a local constitutional amendment for Tuscaloosa County to bring certain privately owned sewer systems under Public Service Commission jurisdiction for rate regulation and consumer protection.

Applies to privately owned sewer systems that use public rights-of-way of public roads for collection or disposal and serve residential or commercial customers in Lake View city limits charged flat service fees or fees based on water usage.

Public Service Commission will regulate all customers of such entities located in Lake View city limits and unincorporated areas of Tuscaloosa County.

Amendment requires voter approval through an election conducted according to Alabama Constitution Sections 284 and 284.01 and state election laws.

Election ballot will include the description of the amendment with Yes/No voting options.
